Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
Crime Studios does not offer refunds to the original form of payment for standard returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard voluntary returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from Crime Studios.
How to Start a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed, Crime Studios will provide further return instructions.
After the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued according to our Refund Policy.
Exchanges
Crime Studios does not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or item, you may return an eligible item for store credit and use that credit toward another available product.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Approved damaged or incorrect-item claims are handled separately from standard returns.
For these approved claims, Crime Studios will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Final Sale Items
Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for voluntary returns.
This may include selected promotional items, discounted products, or specific limited releases when clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Damaged or incorrect Final Sale items may still qualify for assistance if reported within 3 days of delivery.
